Stolpman Vineyard’s Grenache is in extremely high demand and we consider ourselves very fortunate for our allocation each year from this remarkable location. These 100% organically dry-farmed vines naturally yield fewer grapes, and pour all their energy into ripening concentrated, vibrant, undiluted grape clusters. Our fruit was harvested before sunrise on September 27, 2013 and enjoyed a 24-hour cold soak, followed by a 14-day fermentation that included 20% whole clusters. The wine was pressed into neutral oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
