Thompson Vineyard’s Grenache is in extremely high demand and we're fortunate for our allocation each year from this remarkable location. These 100% organically dry-farmed vines naturally yield fewer grapes, and pour all their energy into ripening vibrant, undiluted grape clusters. Harvested before sunrise on
September 17, 2015, it enjoyed a 24-hour cold soak, followed by a 14-day fermentation that included 10% whole clusters, before being pressed into neutral oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
